Returns
You may return an item within 36 hours or 48 hours from the time of delivery. The eligibility for return will depend on the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Please note that certain types of products may be exempt from returns for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
- Opened or used homeopathic medicines.
- Products that have been damaged post-delivery due to improper handling.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
